Project Overview

This research aims to provide a comprehensive and systematic theoretical interpretation of the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of corporate governance and institutional optimization. The study will adopt a classified, differentiated, and measurable approach to address three major theoretical and practical issues:

  1. Improving the Modern State-Owned Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics

  2. Establishing and Refining the Modern Private Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics

Furthermore, the project will analyze the theoretical sublimation and practical implications of enhancing the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics from a historical perspective, extracting theoretical insights and practical experiences.
