To achieve the ambition, teamwork and permanent learning are the two essential abilities, which can be practiced through academic opportunities as competitions. While individuals might be talented, it is difficult to succeed alone. Being part of a team and learning how to be a reliable team member or leader is crucial. Prof. Guo encouraged attendees to meet each other, to form teams, and to collaborate on projects. Moreover, while a degree is valuable, it alone does not guarantee success in the job market. Instead, one's ability to learn and adapt to new situations is also crucial. Prof. Guo encouraged attendees again to practice teamwork skills and continuous learning abilities through competitions and diverse extra-curriculum activities.

But he learned actually from these failures, and became better at dealing with interviews, and also discovered his self-advantages. Finally, he succeeded in getting more and more internships, which were the most helpful for his job hunting and his development of a professional career.
During internship, Li got market insights that leads to his own career. He found many Chinese digital media products, such as games or TV series, wanted to enter Southeast Asian markets, but failed to adapt locally. Li realizes that he knows both Chinese products and Southeast Asian markets, so he opened a digital media company, with his teammates in the competition. They have so many advantages, multilingual, multicultural, multidisciplinary, to start a successful international business, and actually their starting point of such a professional career is the teamwork they have gone through at Wuhan University.
