　　Based on the stakeholder theory, six corporate social responsibility indicators were constructed. The 108 Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Internet listed companies were used as samples to analyze the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate financial performance, and from the perspective of market competition. Corporate social responsibility and financial performance are linked. The study found that fulfilling social responsibilities to employees, shareholders, suppliers, and governments can improve corporate financial performance; fulfilling the positive correlation between corporate social responsibility and financial performance of shareholders only exists in enterprises with strong competitive environments; The positive correlation between social responsibility and financial performance exists only in enterprises with weak competitive environment; in different competitive environments, fulfilling social responsibility to consumers will have different effects on financial performance.

　　柴广成，现任桂林电子科技大学 商学院副教授兼任财务管理系主任，研究领域为财务金融、技术管理和技术法律。获得2018年广西区特色课程三等奖，两年申请十多项专利，并已获得多项专利授权，在国际期刊发表多篇高质量学术论文。柴教授更在著名国际期刊Expert Systems with Applications上发表了高质量的学术论文。
