讲座主要内容：

(1) to introduce you to the major areas of economics/finance-based empirical financial accounting/capital market research,

(2) to familiarize you with research methods commonly employed in empirical financial accounting research,

(3) to develop your ability to critically evaluate and interpret empirical financial accounting research,

(4) to provide you with a solid foundation for conducting original research in financial accounting,

(5) to help you be able to generate interesting research questions.

主讲人简介：

麻志明，北京大学光华管理学院会计学系副教授、博士生导师。博士毕业于香港科技大学，研究兴趣广泛，研究领域包括债务契约、审计、会计与金融之间的交叉课题等。学术论文发表于Journal of Financial Economics (JFE), Journal of Accounting and Economics (JAE), Contemporary Accounting Research (CAR), Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), Accounting, Organizations and Society (AOS),《经济研究》等国际与国内顶级学术期刊。
