摘要: The short course will cover several concurrent topics in empirical corporate finance, including labor and finance, big data, governance via exit or voice and real effect of financial market. At the end of the course, the students are expected to familiarize themselves with the recent research topics in corporate finance, learn how to critically read the academic papers, be capable of applying econometrics techniques to empirical research and prepare themselves for the empirical studies.

简介：史伟毕业于香港科技大学，获会计学博士学位，现为澳大利亚迪肯商学院助理教授，曾任教于挪威经济学院，主要研究方向为自愿披露、股票估值、分析师预测、投资效率、公司治理等方向。研究成果发表于Journal of Contemporary Accounting & Economics等期刊上。
